For their DIFFA BY DESIGN space, “An Invitation to Reflect,” Fogarty Finger and MENU worked with numerous mirrors to create a serene installation that functioned as an apparatus to ponder the ‘multi-dimensional’ challenges tied to those living with HIV/AIDS. In turn, the notion of reflection illuminates our own role to help identify solutions within ourselves and the greater collective. Alexandra Cuber of Fogarty Finger and Jill Kupcha of MENU discuss how the experience of the last two years contributed to the inspiration for the space that also brought in work from Bower and Unity, noting it all begins with what you see.
